The 2020 Battle of Jacks Ridge was our return to the gravel after a long wait. Following a successful Auckland Rally the day before, the team worked overnight to convert our Hyundai i20 AP4 into a hillclimb beast.
In the end, it was a tricky blind crest over a left-hander that caught Hayden out. Clipping the outer bank and rolling the car down the road. All captured on live TV.
